BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

-　Process development, continuous improvement and new project support.



PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

-　Analyses product field performance and identifies opportunities to increases product value and manufacturing effectiveness through design and process changes.

-　Develops new technical systems to improve manufacturing processes & products, Process improvement and control.

-　Technical support & trouble shooting on fabrication & assembly.

-　New project supporting & training.

-　Develops procedures to reduce outage time, streamline activities and cost reduction.

-　NPI support and WI preparation.

-　Tooling and fixture design, maintenance and management.

-　Complete the appointed job given by boss by the right time with good quality.



Dimensions / Scope

-　Introduce new products into mass production, set-up and run continuous improvement programs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

-　Relevant department support.



Interaction / Relationship

-　Internal: Production/PMC/Quality/Sales/Purchasing/Sourcing

-　External: Supplier/Customer



Education, Qualification and training

-　College education and major in electric or mechanics.



Experience or skills required

-　Min. 5 years work experience in SMT & WaveSolder process

-　Familiar with setting up process flow/work instruction.

-　Stronger engineering logic and trouble-shooting capability.

-　Familiar with process improvement tools.

-　Capable of English.

-　Good communication skill (more than 50% colleagues’ feedback is positive).

-　Familiar with the press-fitmachine and press-fit connector specification.
