Manufacturing Engineer
Follow up the production of existing products and support NPPI to introduce new projects, manage all production related equipment/Tools. Coordinate with other colleagues to do facility management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creation and update of Work Instructions
Factory technical support
Operator training
Jig and fixture design
Maintenance of the particle control in Clean Room
Participation in work flow and shop floor layout design
Facility management/improvement
Requirements
A degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
Agile, assembly processes, PI generation, Particle control
2-3 years Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering experience
Experience in assembly of electronics or high-tech products, medium volumes
Ability to read and write in English
Will participate in continuous Improvement activities
Will participate in knowledge sharing with the other Manufacturing Engineering personnel
A good team player who can work cooperatively with the assembly team and management
Be familiar with SolidWorks
