Systems Support Specialist Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the following:
支持终端用户提供网络各个方面,包括局域网/广域网性能和连接相关问题。
Provide support to end-users for all aspects of networking, including any LAN/WAN performance and connectivity related issues.
配合集团IT部门进行网络的安装、维护和升级。
Perform the installation, maintenance and upgradeof network while keeping in mind the importance of uptime, security and change management.
根据公司IT标准的政策和程序,协助管理公司网络基础设施,包括交换机、磁带库、广域网加速器、VPN、VoIP等安全设备。
Assist in the administration of the corporate network infrastructure, including switches, Tape Library, Riverbed, VPN, VoIP and other security devices in accordance to company policies andprocedures as per IT standards.
协调网络相关设备的服务、维修和部署。
Coordinating service, repairs, and deployment of network related devices.
负责局域网/广域网硬件和软件提供帮助台支持,包括故障排除和问题解决。
Provide Help Desk support, including troubles-hooting and problem resolution, for all LAN/WAN hardware and software.
负责提供技术支持公司集团亚太区用户。
Providesupport to other countries users.
负责日常办公软件应用程序,包括ERP和其他定制软件。
Support to daily business software applications including ERP and other custom software.
其他临时工作任务
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
岗位要求Requirement:
计算机相关专业、学士学位(或同等学历)。
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science.
至少4年以上网络相关经验,如网络,局域网/广域网,安全,VoIP,熟悉TCP/IP、交换机、路由器和防火墙相关技术经验。
Minimum 4+ years of network related experience in areas such asimplementation, LAN/WAN, security, VoIP. TCP/IP, Switches, routers and firewall is required.
具备较强的网络和电子邮件管理知识
Strong knowledge of network and Email management and practices and procedures
熟悉思科相关设备及精通运用相关命令
Knowledge of Cisco hardware as it pertains to corporate networks.
精通故障排除分析方法
Analytical approach to troubleshooting
具备良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力
A team player is essential, as well as good communication and people skills
英语熟练Fluent in English
