Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of the company's measurement system, including all Metrology and all measurement instrument/tester calibration.
2. Generate test plan & defining sequence of test runs with Zeiss Calypso to perform an automatic partial dimensional measurement on component and finish good.
3. Ensure 100% effectivity on Metrology lab measuring technique on all new projects with reference to BMG metrology.
Requirements:
1. Major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2. Well training as IATF16949 internal auditor, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP and 8D.
3.Special knowledge in BLDC and DC motor theory and manufacturing experience.
4.Fluent in both spoken and written English.
5. 3 years in automotive industry in same position level.
