RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Developing regional sales strategy, including target customer, ertical market, / product, sales channel.
2 Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations
3 Make the visit plan to develop and maintain relationship with clients at operational level and management
level;
4 Develop new industry customer and win new projects.
5 understand customer needs, creating and finalizing product specification and quotation
6 Collect the market trend/ competitor information
7 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
8 Develop a qualified distribution and system integrator net and maintain a strong and trusted relationship
9 Identify key account and big projects, via key account plan to win customer
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 Bachelor degree or above with major in automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering or relevants
2 Over 3-5 years of sales experience in automation industry
3 Quick to learn about product and technical knowledge
4 Ability to multitask, highly organized and good at managing priorities
5 Good MS office skills and English knowledge
6 Good negotiation skills and ability
7 Good attitude at team working, problem solving and creativity
8 Can work under pressure with over 50% travels of working time
