Job Description:
1 New supplier qualification according to the contract strategy and procurement plan;
2 Audit supplier per annual plan, track each supplier’s corrective action progress until closure;
3.Non-comforming material handling: Handling supplier quality complaint, track corrective action progress and verify action effectiveness until closure;
4.Support IQC in deciding non material handling and disposition;
5. Provide cost report.
Requirement:
1 University degree with electrical and electronic engineering
2 Preference with SQA experience 5 years of supplier management experience in automotive industry.
3 Candidate with special knowlege in 8D,TS16949, ISO 14001 and VDA 6.3 will be a plus.
QE( Quality Engineer)
Job Description:
1 Support new projects APQP and PPAP that include process release, PFMEA and control plan tasks etc.
2 Driving short and long- term quality solutions across products in operation. He/she shapes the direction of own area of activity, planning and organizing of others.
3 Manager customer quality expectation by ensuring timely handling and presentation of 8Ds.
4 Apply knowledge and experience of electrical product/motor to provide guidance and driving for continuous quality improvement.
Job requirement:
1 University degree
2 Major in mechanical or electrical engineering
3 Minimum CET4 english level
4 Special knowledge in 8D, TS16949 and ISO 140001
5 Preference with electrical product/motor manufacturing experience for 3 years above.
6 Skilled English speaking，Candidate who can speak fluent Korean are prefered.
