The ideal candidate must embrace continue improvement philosophy, and have strong process analysis and problem solving skills. The candidate will have had a minimum of 5 years of IE experience in a manufacturing environment in mechanic industry. The candidate will have extensive experience in machining, assembly and lean manufacturing processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
主要工作职责:
Assume a leadership role in responsibility for manufacturing quality, productivity, and cost;

Investigate inefficiencies, develop and justify solutions, and implement on budget and on schedule;

Develop one-piece pull manufacturing processes by utilization of the Manufacturing Bridge in Lean Product Development (LPD);

Develop and maintain a solid foundation of standard work in all areas to identify waste and opportunities for continuous improvement - Visualize information flow in workshop: production plan, productivity, quality defects, OTD & EHS;

Lead KAIZEN projects to reduce wastes in production and keep continue improvements;

Lead new products launch project to well prepare all factors for assembling: labor, skills, training program, standard works, materials flow, information flow, visualization, tools & equipment, etc. ;

Work with manufacturing manager to develop multi-skill training plan to support long-run capacity development;

Utilize Problem Solving tools, Poke Yoke error proofing, Visual Controls and Standard Work to meet Policy Deployment objectives;

Evaluate capital equipment requirements with Lean tools and prepare financial return justifications to support Strategic Intent (SI);

Design and prepare drawings of modifications to existing equipment, fixtures and tools;
设计并准备现有设备的修正图纸，装置和工具；
Design fixtures (to facilitate single minute exchange of dies) and material handling devices (to support flow and linkage) that comply with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements;

Drive CI through effective leadership to meet the budget expectations;

Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements资格/培训/技能要求:
Strong Computer Skills, specifically Microsoft Office Products such as CAD/Solid work/EXCEL/PPT

Education Requirements学历要求:
Bachelor’s degree in IE or mechanical related
本科IE或者机械相关专业
Experience Requirements经验要求:
5 plus years’ experience of IE in a manufacturing environment, tire manufacturing preferred
至少5年IE工作经验，轮胎行业优先
100% hands on in the plant and office as needed.
100%在现场办公，办公室则视工作需要而定
