工作职责Responsibilities:
协助研发工程部门进行岗位分析和完善岗位说明书,并根据公司招聘需求拟定招聘计划;
Support R&D dept. for job analysis and update the JD
accordingly, work out recruiting plan base on the recruitment request.
根据研发工程部门需要开发和管理招聘渠道以满足研发工程部门的人员招聘需求;
Responsible for develop & manage all recruiting channel to
meet recruitment demand.
根据公司发展战略,搜集优秀人才并建立人才储备库,与重点目标人选保持联系,保障企业人才招聘需求的满足;
Build up talent data base & keep close contact with target
talent according to the recruitment demand;
负责岗位发布、人才测评及筛选、面试、背景调查及薪资谈判等具体招聘实施工作;
Implement daily recruiting activities such as post position,
recruitment assessment & screen, interview, reference check & offering.
跟进试用期评估;
Follow up probation assessment.
协助人力资源团队完善现有人事政策/流程;
Assist HR team to improve the HR policy/process to satisfy
the demand of daily operation.
处理上司交办的其他事宜。

任职资格Qualifications:
专科(含)以上学历,人力资源、工程类或相关专业;
Associate diploma or above,major in HR, engineering or relative.
3年及以上招聘工作经验,有研发岗位招聘经验;
3+ years recruitment experience, including recruitment
experience of R&D positions.
熟悉招聘面试方法及技巧;
Good knowledge for deferent interview method.
熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规要求,了解当地社保公积金等政策;
Familiar with Chinese labor law & local social insurance,
Housing fund policies.
熟练的英语读写能力,顺畅的口语能力优先;
Good written&reading English. Workable oral English is
desired.
具有良好的沟通协调能力及谈判能力,工作积极主动,团队协同性强,能适应压力下高强度工作环境。
Good interpersonal skill & negotiation skill, initiative and
good team player, can handle multi-task under pressure.
