主要职责:

1、负责客户的产品计划需求,及订单管理,分析工厂的生产产能以满足客户订单交付.

Response for the customer's forecast and PO
management, review customer's PO request and doing the commitment as the
factory capability.

2、分析客户需求的变化,及时了解差异,提供相应的应对措施以满足客户的加减订单的物料需求.

Working with customer on the none
compliance PO clarification, identify the forecast upside and downside section
with the solution on the disposal on the material pull in and push out.

3、根据客户的计划及订单的需求,制定每周的物料资源需求,录入企业资源计划系统并且管理生产物料供应需求.

Loading the demand including the forecast
and PO into ERP system and have the weekly MPS management, working with team on
the production planning to meet the commitment.

4、领导专项客户团队完成年度订单达成率的目标,对影响订单达成的事项及时采取补救措施.

Working with CFT on the commitment order
fulfillment and manage the OTD KPI to meet the yearly target. Leading the CFT
on the operation issue and have the recovery plan for the order fulfillment in
case any issue in the factory impact the OTD.

5、分析产品物料齐套状况,跟催物料进度.

Working with team on the clear to build
material status and come out the report for the supply chain team to have the
material available as the MPS data.

6、管理呆滞物料,以满足年度的库存周转率的目标.

Working with customer on the E&O
material disposal and manage the inventory KPI to meet the yearly target.

任职资格：

1、专业不限，大专以上学历，1~3年项目管理的相关经验；

1-3 years experience in program
administration/ management or related area.

2、工厂制造项目跟单经验，有基础的项目管理知识；

Various manufacturing disciplines. Basic
project management.

3、能够在跨职能协作团队的环境中工作；

Ability to work in an environment that
embraces cross-functional collaborative team.

4、能够独立工作并乐于接受新的挑战；

Able to work independently and willingly to
take new challenges.

5、良好的英语听说读写能力。

Good command of English skill.

6、优秀应届毕业生也可以考虑。

New graducates with good English skill are considerable.
