Responsibilities:
Prepare and review testing plan individually to ensure test coverage without case escapes.
provide accurate and objective summaries before each product phase.
Monitor testing status and review report of outside testing resources and labs.
Participate in development meetings to clarify issuesand priority.
Manage the issues in bug report system to ensure they areresolved in time.
Extend testing method and share it to team to enhance testingteam’s capability.
Fully control the product quality including documents, mechanical,electrical, software.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor Degree in an Engineering or a similar relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years hardware engineering validation or development experience; RF, Wireless R&D experience is preferred.
Familiar with spectrum analyzer, WIFI analyzer, network analyzer and other test equipment and parameters
English capability meet CET-6, speak, read and write English smoothly.
Strong working knowledge with Test Planning and Bug Tracking software. JIRA experience is desirable but not required.
Solid understanding of Quality Assurance fundamentals.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of reliability testing standards and procedures.
Testing experience in security and control products, or sensors is desirable but not required.
