SUMMARY OF POSITION - This position is responsible for creating and maintaining item, BOM, label artwork, product artwork, product assembly procedure, test procedure and packaging procedure. Control change order process in order to ensure all NPD and sustaining documentation process are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

?Create and maintain item & BOM (Bill of Materials) for products.

?Create and maintain label artwork.

?Execute all kinds of change orders to ensure NPD and sustaining documentation are implemented as needed.

?Create and maintain the product Assembly Procedures based on production requirement.

?Create and maintain the product Test Procedures per test engineer’s instruction.

?Create and maintain the product Package Procedures based on production requirement.

?Effectively communicate with internal customers, vendors and peers for documentation work.

?Support program manager, engineer, category to speed up the NPD and sustaining projects efficiency.

?Co-work with engineer, category, program manager, quality and supplier chain team, contract manufactures to get the change orders implemented on time as needed.

?Support engineering and documentation team goals.

?Other duties as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

?College or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical is preferred.

? 3-5 years’ work experience, including BOM/ECO/Consumer products/Purchasing/Order management.

?Experience working with Oracle/SAP/Agile systems.

?Good English written and reading skills.

?Good problem solving, analytical skill.

?Is self-starting, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

?Has ability to multi-task, and priority ordering.

?Team-work player.

?Travel to contract manufacturers as required.
