Occupational Experience:

1.Bachelor or Master degree in optics, physics, facotry aotomation, computer technology.

2.Minimum 3 years, with the job experience as application engineer or designing engineer

3.Must skills: Knowledge of basics in optics and optical measurement

4.Want skills:

- Comprehensive machine vision Lens technology and product know-how

- Familiarity with industry standards for image quality

5.Language:

- Practical communication skill in English (speaking, listening, and writing)

Major Duties:

1.Support the local matchine vision customers and sales account manager for business development. Provide technical advice to the sales team to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet customer’s needs.

2.Analyse customers’ technical needs and develop proposals outlining how the organisation's products and services can meet these needs and be integrated and implemented with the customer's existing systems and equipment.

3.Develop and deliver training to educate customers/distributors on the features of the product or service they have purchased. Respond to more complex customer questions and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation. Coach and mentor less experienced distributor engineers

4.Pre-sales activities include analysing customer’s technical needs and suggesting solutions. Post-sales activities include resolving implementation problems and conducting user training. Including: Demonstrate, optical test at laboratory, techical reports?

5.Communication for techincal questions between customers and Moritex techincal center at Japan

6.Willing to travle frequently (30~50%)
