Major Duties:

1. Development and implementation of sales actions for business growths of machine vision products in assigend terriotry (East China)

   
   

2. Analyse customers’ needs and develop proposals outlining how the organisation's products and services can meet these needs and be integrated and implemented with the customer's existing systems and equipment.

   
   

3. Develop and deliver training to educate customers/distributors on the features of the product or service they have purchased. Respond to more complex customer questions and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation. Coach and mentor less experienced distributor engineers/sales person

   
   

4. Pre-sales activities include analysing customer’s technical/business needs and suggesting solutions.Post-sales activities include resolving implementation problems and conducting user training. Including: Demonstrate, optical test at laboratory, Sales and techical activity reporting.

   
   

5. Establishs productive,professional relationships with key personnel in assigned distributor accounts.Coordinates the involvement of company personnel,including support,service and management resources, in order to meeting distributor performance objectives and distributors’expectiations.

   
   

6. Maintains high distributor satisfation ratings that meet company standards

   
   

7. Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

   
   

8. Achieve assigned sales targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in designated distributor accounts.

   
   

Job Requirements:

1. B.S degree or above

   
   

2. Related major: Facotry automation/Industry controlling/Electronic engineering/Imaging processing/Computer engieering/Optical and other realted major for automation or computer

   
   

3. Technical selling competence

   
   

4. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

   
   

5. At least 2-year sales experince in machine vision or related industry market. Understand the machine vision market very well.

   
   

6. Proactive attitude and growth and results driven

   
   

7. Team work and self-motivated

   
   

8. Fluent in English and Mandarin

   
   

9. Willing to travel frequently (20~30%)

   
   

10. Drivers car license if possible having own car (prefered, but not must).
