2、本科及以上學歷,新聞傳播、廣播電視、中文、市場行銷等專業優先考慮;
3、三年以上互聯網/大型企業/4A廣告公司媒體公關工作經驗,具備可深度合作的行業資源及媒體資源者優先考慮;
4、熟悉互聯網或證券行業,有較強的內容策劃及文字撰寫能力,能獨立完成相關傳播內容的策劃與實施;
5、文字功底優秀,熟悉媒體運營與媒介合作,品牌意識強,具備良好的溝通能力及BD合作能力;
6、出色的團隊意識和執行能力,思路清晰,能夠承擔高強度的工作壓力;
7、能熟練使用英語做工作溝通
崗位職責:
1、負責富途香港整體品牌計畫的建設,打造有行業影響力的公關事件,提升品牌及產品美譽度;
2、瞭解行業動態,根據產品及運營層面的業務走向,制定整體傳播計畫及公關傳播策略,並設計傳播核心訴求點;
3、把控對外傳播內容,借助內部業務體系、外部公關公司、媒體資源,深度撰寫並輸出高話題性的傳播熱點及內容;
4、對香港本地媒體行業有深入的理解,建立及維護媒體資源體系,並能有效地觸達合作;
5、負責網路輿情管理、危機公關處理及競品傳播策略分析,並提出相對應的建議;
6、按時完成領導交辦的其他臨時性工作。
任职资格:
Job requirements:
1. Hongkong native or familiar with Hongkong local market is preferred
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in news communication, radio and television, Chinese, marketing, etc. is preferred.
3. More than 3 years of media PR experience in Internet / Large Enterprise / 4A Advertising Company, with in-depth cooperation of industry resources and media resources is preferred;
4. Familiar with the Internet or securities industry, strong content planning and writing ability, can independently complete the planning and implementation of related communication content;
5. Excellent writing skills, familiar with media operations and media cooperation, strong brand awareness, good communication skills and BD cooperation ability;
6. Excellent sense of team and execution, clear thinking
7. Be proficient in using English to do work communication.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the construction of Futu's overall brand plan for Hong Kong, creating industry-influential public relations events, and enhancing brand and product reputation;
2. Understand the industry dynamics, according to the product and operational level of business trends, formulate the overall communication plan and public relations communication strategy, and design the core communication appeals;
3. Controlling the content of external communication, drawing on the help of internal business system, external public relations companies, media resources, writing and exporting high-topic communication hotspots and content;
4. To have a thorough understanding of the local media industry in Hong Kong, to establish and maintain a media resources system, and to effectively reach cooperation;
5. Responsible for the management of public opinion on the Internet, crisis management and public relations and analysis of the strategy of competition dissemination, and put forward corresponding suggestions.
