岗位职责

1.Handle general inquiry & complaint from clients & other department`s colleague (25%)

2.Manage and control projects and assure the test arranged correctly and reports issued timely (15%)

3.Respond to enquiries in timely manner and provide proper service to client (15%)

4.Maintain client and improve client retention rate (15%)

5.Assist to achieve team’s sales target (10%)

6.Performs ad-hoc assignment as required (10%)

7.Coordinate the projects with laboratory (5%)

8.Improve personal capacity (5%)

任职条件

1.College or Bachelor Degree holder.

2.At least two years relative working experience in third-party chemical lab.

3.Be familiar with related regulations/ directives/ standards/ methods of toys & children product and hardgoods.

4.Good understanding in quality and work flow in chemical laboratories

5.Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese

6.Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work
