Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for handling business according to internal and external requirements, standards and regulations; (40 %)

2. Be responsible for project review and quotation when necessary; (15 %)

3. Assign / Schedule, coordinate among group members, supervise and follow-up the projects; (10 %)

4. Interview and select the candidates for assigned product line; (10%)

5. Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert’s opinions; (5 %)

6. To ensure that the tasks of the TQC are duly performed in a technically correct; (15 %)

7. Perform other duties assigned by Department Manager. (5 %)

Requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. At least 5 years working experience in Corporate Sustainability field with reliable working performance; familiar with AA1000, GRI report standard is a plus.

3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;

5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

7. Good people management skill;

8. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

9. Good command of English;

10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
