Responsibilities:
1. Creating, deploying and overseeing a brands’ on product iconic expression over time through heritage, purpose and strategic equities of the brand.
2. Inspiring creation of a brand touchpoint and deployment.
3. Understanding the inflection point and the reasonable connection to product experience.
4. Envisioning, inspiring, defining and enabling holistic, multi-sensorial brand experiences, with creative solutions for application to multiple touch points including packaging and digital.
5. Navigating project complexities to lead the work from conceptual start to final design delivery.
6. Engaging and influence across multiple business partners
Education, Experience, and Abilities:
BS/BA in Graphic Design, Fashion Design or similar discipline
Software fluency inthe latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
A portfolio that will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem solving andtechnical mastery.
A case study that demonstrates design process is essential.
Strong design mastery and ability to solve problems using design skills as shown in acompetitive portfolio.
Proactive leadership skills and the ability to identify design opportunities that can impact the business.
Excellent English -written and oral communication skills.
Must be able tocollaborate with, influence and enroll multiple functions to deliver great design solutions.
Passion for theintegration of design with technology with a desire to experiment and explore new ideas.
Must be able toconnect consumer insights, technology, socio-cultural and market trendsin meaningful ways to uniquely solve design challenges. A good baseknowledge in key printing processes is recommended (flexographic,gravure, etc).
