Job Descriptions

1.Set quality control plan at cell or relevant electrical components suppliers’ side andinternal side;

2.Monitor the implementation at suppliers’ side and internal side.

3.Document things related to cell quality, cell engineering changing, all test data based on quality control plan, and others need to be documented.

4.Work with suppliers for continuous quality improvement.

5.Monitor quality data to catch quality variation and assure products consistence.

6.Study the quality abnormity, analysis and find the failure reasons, solve quality problem from root cause side

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree with chemical, Electrical-chemical or Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years relevant experience in battery industries

2.Similar with battery production process and related testing process such as performance test and safety test

3.Work experience on quality control side with suppliers or customers

4. Quality management experience.

5.Good level written and spoken English
