Key Responsibility主要工作职责
Under the circumstance of regional C&B direction and local law, working closely with HRM to initiate, revise relevant C&B policy for compliance
在亚太区薪酬战略和相关法律法规背景下,与人力资源经理紧密协作起草、修订相关薪酬福利政策以符合要求
To facilitate company C&B policy execution and follow up the effectiveness
推进公司薪酬福利政策执行及跟进执行有效性
To involve in key C&B projects, e.g. annual merit increase, HRIS system, performance management system, C&B survey, benefit review etc
参与重大薪酬福利项目,如年度调薪、人事系统、绩效管理系统、薪酬调查、福利评审等
Effective implementation of various payroll activities. E.g. monthly payroll processing, HRIS data maintenance etc.
有效执行各种工资活动,如月度工资处理,人事系统资料维护等
Responsible for routine C&B jobs, e.g. personnel file administration, employee movement, social insurance, reports preparation etc
负责日常薪酬福利工作,如人事档案管理,员工异动,社保,各种报告等
To process employee contract termination, renewal, retirement etc
处理劳动合同终止、续签、退休等
To provide coaching to C&B team for skills enhancement
提供辅导以提高下属团队的工作技能
Other assigned jobs.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor degree or above, HR, finance relevant major
本科以上学历,人力资源或财务相关专业
At least five years solid C&B experience, familiar with C&B related tools, in MNC preferable
至少五年以上薪酬福利,熟悉薪酬相关工具,有跨国公司经验优先
Knowledge, Skills and Ability知识、技能及能力
Logic逻辑思维清晰,条理性强
Firm standpoint, good execution有主见,执行能力强
Good at office software, e.g Excel 熟悉Office办公软件,精通Excel
Prudent and careful, detailed-oriented对待工作细致认真
Good communication 良好的沟通能力
