Project Manager
Accountability:
* Define project scope, goals, cost and deliverables that support business goals in agreement with Management Team
* Responsible for reviewing the bidding documents, cost and contract terms and conditions in compliance with Division guidelines, exp. in Deliverable Terms
* Closely work with customer and project team to ensure timely execution, cost management and completion of skid Projects with time to time update
* Ability to proactively manage changes in the project scope, project schedule, identifies potential crises and devise contingency plan
* Provide project schedule and milestone update to customer periodically. Maintain and promote a professional & harmonious relationship within TINYWAY and with customer’s representatives to maintain TINYWAY brand image
* Set and continually manage internal project expectations and improve internal customer satisfaction
* Monitor entire execution process and work closely with Proposal, Design, Sourcing, Quality and Production teams
* Manage witness inspection, factory acceptance tests, skid commissioning and site acceptance tests.
* Share knowledge and related experience with other members to establish best project management practices during preparation of Proposal, BOM and project execution in the factory
* Comply with rules, regulation, processes and policies declared by management
* Any other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical with at least 5 years of project management experience
* Automotive industry, with related technical knowledge & exposure preferred
* Knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring software like MS Projects
* Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
* PMP certification preferred
* Oracle experience preferred
* Multi-tasks performer, initiative and drive for results
* Good oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
* Good presentation skills
* Familiar with ISO9001 and TS16949 Management System, as well as the requirements of Corporate Safety Management is preferred
