Job Description:
1.按照体系要求，编制工艺文件，并保证其完整性，统一性和准确性。
Prepare technical documents according to system requirements and ensure their integrity, unity and accuracy.
2.组织进行新产品、工艺变更产品的样品及小批量生产，做好工艺验证，小批量试制生产的总结工作。
Organize production tests for new products, process change for prototypes and o-series production tests. Complete process validation and make the summary reports.
3.负责工装设计、制造，并组织对其进行验证。
Responsible for fixture design, manufacturing and organizing validation.
4.对生产要素的改变（人员、设备、材料、作业方法、环境等方面的变化）进行跟进，确保不影响产品质量。
Follow up the changes of production factors (Man, equipment, materials, methods, environment, etc.) to ensure that the quality of the products is not affected
5.进行各种工艺性实验与论证，探索工艺的可靠性。
Carry out various technological experiments and demonstration to explore the reliability of the process。
Main requirements for this position:
- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering
- Interested in production and testing of casted parts
- Willingness to learn by doing
- Good English skills both spoke
