Responsiblities:
1. Lead the south China sales team to deliver the biz targets set by the company
2. Under the direct touch model, monitor and grow funnel opportunities, secured design-IN -> WIN -> BW.
3. Be the biz owner of the region, on monthly base report the regional biz situation to country head and on request.
4. Ensure all customer information(Forecast/Pipeline) submitted on a monthly basis to Cronos with best possible quality/accuracy.
5. Supervise account managers to workout RTA development plan and update on monthly/quarterly base
6. Manage/develop the sales/FAE team in South
Requirements:
1. The ability to deal with customers at all levels of influence, generate new business and maintain existing relationship is essential
2. New business opportunities development, Assist in develop and implement of sales strategies
3. 7 years or above experience in sales and marketing,
4. Experience of minimum 5 direct reports
