MAJOR JOB DUTIES

Take over product Quality issues after project PEP completed

Plan supply QA: Suppliers audit ,suppliers appraisal、Quality agreement、Q fit meeting、Control plan、Failure analysis.

Design and supervise Incoming、Production and out going Quality Assurance.

Prepare review and approve related WI for IQC、Prod、PQA.

Supervise IQC、OQC operation、appraisal、training、hiring and dismissal.

Quality Management System operation and maintenance、Including internal audits、Product audits、process audits

Supervise documents control：Report various Quality activities、Scrap cost analysis、FG reject analysis、Incoming material reject rate、supplier appraisal.

Carry out ad hoc assignments by the supervisor

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in quality engineering/electronic engineering/mechanical engineering.

3 years experience in quality assurance/quality control of electronic products.

Knowledge in quality control method/in set up quality system

Experience in problem solving

Familiar with ISO9001:2015

Familiar with various QA tools

Familiar with various manufacturing process and foresee possible supplier, production problem.

Able to design various quality control measures.

Team management skills

Project management skills.

Internal audit certificate.

Good command in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Project)

Strong communication skills.

Creative spirit, decision making power, Able to work independently.

Good ethics, self-motivated, responsible, team oriented, good interpersonal style to work with different levels of peoples.
