POSITIONSUMMARY:

ThispositionisresponsiblefortranslationofourforeignengineerscommunicationwithChineseengineersandworkers,aswellasongoingdocumentation,e-mailsandotherwrittencommunication.Peopleinthispositionshouldalsoperformdiversifiedadministrativeduties,includingwrittenandverbalcorrespondence,meetingandcalendarmanagement,coordinationandarrangementoftravelschedules,andotherrelateddutiesasrequired.

RESPONSIBILITIES&DUTIES:

1.Assistourforeignengineersandconsultantsforwrittenandverbalcorrespondence,translationandinterpretation.

2.Coordinateamongheadoffice,consultantteamsandprojectteams.

3.Performadministrativeduties,includingfiling,meetingandcalendarmanagement,travelschedulesarrangement,andotherrelateddutiesasrequired.

4.ReporttoheadofficeinShenzhendaily.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.BachelorsdegreeoranequivalenteducationrelatingtoEnglishorengineering,freshgraduateorsomeonewith1or2yearsworkingexperienceispreferred.

2.WithgoodverbalandwrittenEnglishskills(CET6/TEM-4orhigherispreferred)

3.Goodcommunication&interpersonalskills,highlymotivated,self-starterandattentiontodetails.

4.Abilitytomeetdeadlines,prioritizeassignments,jugglemultipletaskssimultaneously

5.Abilitytoactprofessionalwhileatworkandbehardworkingwithastrongsenseofresponsibility.StrongproficiencyinMicrosoftWindows,Word,Excel,PowerPointandOutlookisrequired.
