RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
To lead engineering team to provide manufacturing engineering supports
to production & customers.

2. Develop and introduce new manufacturing technology.

3. Introduce or transfer new products to the plant.

4. Facilitate and drive for manufacturing product build reviews.


5. Feedback to customer
with suggestion for improving yield, efficiency and cost reduction.

6. Other duties may be assigned as required.



REQUIREMENTS

1. 10 years management experience in Electronics OEM / IMS companies.

2. Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

3. Experience in SMT
process, W/S soldering, manual assembly and box build assembly

4. Candidates with 3-5 years
experiences will be considered as Assistant Manufacturing Engineering
Manager

5. Demonstrated with effective leadership skills

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

7. Excellent in oral and written English, and conversational Mandarin

8. Available for overseas business trip if needed

9. Station at Shenzhen, PRC required
