Responsibilities
1, Led the team to explore international market and contact foreign customers(North America and China market besides),seeking orders , finish business negotiations and contracts signing.
2, Responsible for foreign trade order negotiations and signing, document audit, order management, transportation management, Customs Declaration and exchange receipt, etc.
3, foreign trade orders assessment, tracking, and management and risk control.
4, Foreign trade process business management and risk control.
5 Take full responsible of order goods production and supply; track the whole process form product to commodity inspection and customs declaration.
6, Responsible for customer information, deal with customer's requirement and feedback timely
7 Handle the contract properly, deal with emergency situation in the process of implementation.
8, Train and manage the subordinate salesman;
9, Finish other temporary works assigned by general manager.
Requirements:
1, 30-45 years old; all genders.
2, Full - time bachelor degree or above.
3, 5 years or above export sales work experiences, 3 years working experiences in team building and management.
4, Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with customers in fluent English.
5, Proficient in high - end Goods sales channels and methods, with high - end lighting products sales experience are preferred.
6, Good team management ability and communication skills;
7 Can work under pressure, willing to travel for a long time.
