职责描述：

1. Support to Project Managers and develops ,implements, and maintain the cost for new

projects and tracking cost and margin with target and also do a deeply analysis and tracking;

支持项目经理进行新产品的成本维护，成本追踪，成本分析报告；

2. Annually Calculate the Tariff ( hourly rate ) for personal cost and machine cost ,and do the

2nd allocation for the internal cost transfer and implement to standard cost system ,ensure

the standard cost system are correctly booked and near to the actual cost ;

每年核算机器及人工标准成本费率，内部成本结转，标准成本核算，确保标准成本与

实际成本比较接近；

3. Control and analyse costing and make sure all cost items are properly booked and the

allocation are correct ;do analysis for the cost deviation;

进行成本分析，确保所有成本费用记账正确，核算正确；成本差异分析；

4. PCA data daily check and CO month end closing;

成本及利润核对并进行月底成本结账；

5. Annual Material planning and actual tracking for material cost with target and planning price;

Material cost analysis , BOM cost control , production order cost control , purchase price

variance analysis;

年度材料成本预算，实际材料成本追踪，材料成本分析，成本控制，与目标采购价格

差异分析；

6. Annual sales planning, monitor the whole process, ensure the whole process work smoothly

and ensure meet each milestone deadline. Responsible for plausibility checks for prices,

master data ; Quarterly sales planning; Monthly sales deviation analysis

年度销售预算, 协助整个预算过程确保顺利进行. 负责价格及主数据检查. 负责季度销

售预测 和月度销售差异分析.

7. Monthly margin analysis by profit centre /product group and by customers , and compare

the margin% with budget and do a deeply analysis and tracking ;

月度产品大类毛利分析，客户毛利分析，与预算比较分析差异并作持续改进；

8. Productivity and KPI report preparing and analysis and give effective suggestions to OtD

management for improvement;

生产效率分析，KPI 数据提供分析，并给出建议，指导营运部门作提高；

9. Support on the preparation of annual manufacturing cost budgeting , report package ,

preparing including actual report , rolling forecast , and compared with budget for analysis ,

and do tracking ;

协助年度成本预算，报告，编制每月实际成本报表，滚动预测，并追踪分析；

10. Responsible for Calendar year and Fiscal year end stocktaking , make the detailed schedule

for the whole process, organize kick off meeting with operations , prepare stocktaking list

and generate tags , and recognize stock difference. 负责日历年度和财政年度存货盘点, 制定详细的时间计划, 组织盘点会议, 负责准备盘点卡和盘点标签, 确认盘点差异入账.

11. Responsible for 5 years SCU, work together with operations, sales, purchasing, logistics, HR

to make reasonable assumptions for long term budget for each product groups. Review and

explain the result with IF managers and program office, ensure the 5 years SCU meet the

company strategy view. 与和生产部, 销售部,采购部, 物流部,人事部门合作完成公司 5 年计划, 确保 5 年计划符

合公司长远发展和战略目标.

12. Responsible for monthly Internal factory report, regular review with IF managers, help IF

managers to build up P&L sense, work together with IF manager to make continues

improvement.

负责每月内部工厂报表, 定期与内部工厂经理深入分析当期损益协助持续改进.

13. Work together with Operations for some process improvement and setup rules.

负责一些生产流程优化 和规则指定.

14. Participate in external and internal Auditing related to Cost ;

参与外部及集团内部成本审计；

15. Other job assigned by Department Manager. 部门经理安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree , Minimum 3 years accounting/finance working experience and minimum 1

year costing professional experience;

本科文凭，至少三年会计/财务工作经验（其中至少二年成本经验）；

2. Familiar with SAP-CO &MMmodule ; Knowledge of Data warehouse , MDB is perfect ;

熟悉 SAP- CO MM模块，了解 Data warehouse , MDB

3. Command of written and oral English; 较好的英语书写及口语；

4. Good presentation skill and good team work;

团队协作精神；

5. Strong sense of responsibility, quick learner and be able to work under pressure.
